While I’m struggling with my latest burnout and the world being take over by Chat GPT.  Its gotten me thinking.

Why do we fear new tech? Why do we make things so unnecessary hard? Why do we resist resting and relaxing?

I know that I’m not alone with the struggle over the last two year around burn out.   Its kinda hard to keep going, when you just feel empty inside.

But over the last few months I have chosen to see my burn out as a canary in the coal mine.  Its my body’s signal that what I’m doing is out of alignment and balance with how I function best.

Its forced me to really focus on embracing taking days off and disconnecting from being online.  Its woken me up to how I can hold on to resentment when I get burned or underappreciated from others. It woken me back up time and time again.  That endless hustle doesn’t work for me anymore.

Gone are the days, that I can go months at a time with out time off. Without vacations or weekend days napping and watching tv with Ben.  Gone is my patience for doing something just because that’s what you do.  Gone are the times where I ignore how someone has hurt me and just keep putting my head down.

So instead of following what hasn’t been working lately. (Hello insanity theory)  I’ve been focusing on going an even deeper level around flow and rest and productivity.  Regardless if its been my deep dive into my projector nature. Or learning about sacred money archetypes. Or buying  a new sales funnel course.

I’m calling in all the resources available to me to let my life be that much more productive and easy at the same time.

The bar has been raised. I’m no longer willing to settle for hard work to the point of burn out or taking time off and not hitting my goals.  You know my favorite motto. What I don’t know, I hire someone to teach me.
