Projectors are the Chat GPT of human design.

It’s natural to feel overwhelmed and burned out, especially in today’s fast-paced world where we’re constantly bombarded with new technologies and pressures to keep up. But why do we resist rest and relaxation? Why do we make things unnecessarily hard? And why do we fear new technology?

Perhaps it’s because we’ve been conditioned to believe that success comes from hard work and productivity, and that taking time off or slowing down means we’re not doing enough. But what if we viewed burnout as a signal that we’re out of alignment and need to reassess our priorities?

By embracing rest and relaxation, we can tap into our natural flow and increase our productivity. We can let go of resentment and negativity, and focus on what truly matters. And by seeking out resources and support, we can learn new skills and strategies to help us achieve our goals.

So don’t be afraid to lean on your resources, whether it’s podcasts, courses, or other tools. Let your struggles and growth moments be a catalyst for change, and use them to shorten the curve for yourself and others.

Remember, you don’t have to go it alone. With the right mindset and support, you can achieve more than you ever thought possible.
