A timeless method to archiving all your precious memories.

If your phone crashed would you loose all your photos?  What about if something catastrophic happened like a fire or hurricane?  Would your memories be backed up somewhere safe?

I know all about having the “shit” hit the fan an what its like to loose your photos.

Years ago, just as the cloud was becoming a thing. I lost ALL my photos.  Now, when I say all the photos. I mean ALLLLL of them. Like 20 something gigs of photos from highschool, our wedding, from fur babies and family members that had passed.

To say I was hysterical was an understatement.  I literally broke down and started having a full blown panic attack, snot included.  Thank god Ben was quick on his feet and ran out to Home Depot for me.  He bought us a $200 small table top wine chiller (when we didn’t have an extra $200 to spare) and spend two weeks around the clock recovering most of my videos and photos.

Ever spare moment was a few more pictures here and there saved. While he was working away, I reach out to all my friends and family for some of the missing photos. Plus, I was able to recover some that had been posted on Facebook.

I still try not to think about the ones that got lost.  The silly photos of me smooshing my pets faces or some random ones of me and my godmother talking when I visited her in New York.

After that traumatic experience, I made a line in the sand.  I didn’t care that the “cloud” was expensive. I was going to back up all my photos and videos there. But the one big problem was, when I uploaded everything. It was a mess.  The time stamps were all over the place, so it made it hard to search by year.  Non of my “categories” like wedding or highschool were organized.

I had to tell which concert photos were which by the clothing I was wearing.  I was wasting tons of time trying to find specific photos of memories.  It was as if I had taken all of my photos, dumped them into a pile on the floor and said they were organized.

Over the years I have developed a simple and timeless method to make sure that all my memories are literally a few clicks away. I never have to worry that my photos and videos are going to disappear again.

Archiving Love is my timeless and simple way to

organize all your memories in one spot.

That way, when you want to relieve something, its only a few clicks away.

Video 1 –  Its all about the structure. I go over how to store and organize all the photos and videos that matter to you in a super fast way. Plus, I even go over the tips that I’ve used in the past to digitize my old physical photos that were passed down to me from my grandfathers that are no longer alive.

Video 2 –  This video was recorded after my husbands grandmother passed. I was extremely close to her and would easily spend a hour on the phone with here 2-3 times a month. She was more than a grandma, she was my friend.  In it, I honor the grieving process. One of the biggest reasons why I’m so obsessed with saving our memories is because when death happens, having the ability to go back and watch my loved ones is one of the few things that calms me down. I give you my process on how to document the end of a pets life. Also, how to deal with the death of a family member.

Plus there is a poem that I’ve used over and over again to help with the pain with it becomes overwhelming. (And yes I cry. lol)

Video 3 – This video is specifically for cleaning up your holiday memories, both digital and physical.  That can be photos, birthday or Christmas cards or concert tickets.  This video is where I show you how I take all the “stuff” that is hiding in the bottom of your closet or book case and preserve it, so that you and future generations can enjoy the memories

Private Facebook group –  I love having a community that I can reach out to.  That is what this group is designed for.  A place for you to share your latest accomplishments on organizing your photos, or getting recommendations on how to preserve old high school shirts.

A little more about my background.  Hi I’m Margaret. Family is everything to me. I became a mom at 12 when I adopted my first rescue cat Angel.

I am obsessed with taking as many photos and videos of my family so that I can feel the love pouring through my phone or laptop when they are not around.

The photos and videos I have archived are what have saved my soul when my first cat Angel passed. He was with me for 19 years and there  is not a day that I’m not grateful to see his cute little face even though he and some of my other fur babies are not with us anymore.

It’s how I bounded back.  I know that they are gone, but I can still relive the love .
